Refund policy

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it

You can return if you are not satisfied with the product quality or if your product is not as described or found damaged, defective or incorrect product.

To return the product, simply contact us, and we kindly request that you repack the item with the carton and we will organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.

We will immediately issue a full refund once we receive your returned product. If you choose to return the product without a valid reason, courier charges will be deducted from your refund. It may take 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account

Replacement

Once you have returned the product, you may request a replacement with the same item.

Item replacement will be subject to product availability on our online store.

Personalised or customised products are not be eligible for return and replacement.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund of product. Once the product is dispatched we will process a refund for product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be initiated in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
